Legacy Series for Fundraising
on Saturday Oct 24th, at 10am (Pacific Time)

This is an invitation to a special two-hour webinar experience with Donna Martin and Georgia Marvin.

We are offering this as a fundraiser for the new HEN organization, specifically for the member management software that will enable us to communicate with the international community. The fee is $50 USD for this opportunity to join with Georgia and Donna for this one-of-a-kind zoom experience.

Our theme for this presentation is Gratitude – how to cultivate the state of mind of gratitude and appreciation, both in ourselves and also in our clients. How can we support ourselves and others to use Hakomi to move toward being inspired and feeling grateful in our lives, especially in challenging circumstances and times?

Hakomi Retreat – The Art of Relationship

17 – 19 July 2020

“For one human being to love another: that is perhaps the most difficult of all our tasks, the ultimate, the last test and proof, the work for which all other work is but preparation.” — Rainer Maria Rilke

You are invited to a three day retreat offering an experience of the Hakomi Method and it’s specific way of using Mindfulness for Assisted Self Discovery.

Through experiential practices, we will deepen our capacity for intimacy with oneself and others in the beautiful embrace of the Swiss Alps.

Each day we will have time to practice, reflect and connect with the people and nature around us.

Students from all levels are welcome. The teachings will be in English with possible translation in French and/or Spanish.
