Hakomi Retreat – The Art of Relationship

You are invited to a three day retreat offering an experience of the Hakomi Method and it’s specific way of using Mindfulness for Assisted Self Discovery.

Through experiential practices, we will deepen our capacity for intimacy with oneself and others in the beautiful embrace of the Swiss Alps.

Each day we will have time to practice, reflect and connect with the people and nature around us.

Students from all levels are welcome. The teachings will be in English with possible translation in French and/or Spanish.

La Méthode Hakomi, créée par Ron Kurtz, est reconnue internationalement pour son utilisation sophistiquée de la pleine conscience pour aller à la découverte de soi. C’est une approche douce et en même temps puissante centrée sur le corps qui révèle, guérit et transforme les croyances et les habitudes sous-jacentes qui peuvent causer de la souffrance. Hakomi est utilisé par des psychologues, des psychothérapeutes, des praticiens corporels, des enseignants, des coachs, des travailleurs sociaux et autres professions de la relation d’aide comme thérapie en soi, et/ou comme complément à leur pratique. Hakomi est aussi utilisé comme outil de développement personnel par des personnes en dehors des professions d’aide.

Afin de bénéficier de l’expérience…
Vous devez être prêt à être avec votre propre expérience du moment présent. Vos réactions aux exercices, dont certains sont faits en pleine conscience, doivent être étudiées et rapportées à vos partenaires dans les petits groupes. Vous devez être à l’aise avec cette forme d’apprentissage qui inclut l’entier du corps-esprit.

Justin Haroun. Justin est titulaire d’un BSc in Health Sciences et est spécialisé dans le travail corporel thérapeutique.
